Tension Tamer doesn't solve everything, but it really helps take the edge off and makes day-to-day stress and anxiety easier to handle. I've found it genuinely helpful and would definitely recommend this product.

My nervous system reflects this chronic stress, and I have been plagued with the "wired but tired" feeling where I can't even sleep. This is the first remedy that has allowed me to fall asleep and sleep restfully. I take it in the morning and night because it doesn't make me drowsy. My only complaint is that it runs out quickly.

We are currently trying to get pregnant, and I found out that my anxiety medication is not pregnancy-safe. When looking for alternatives, I thought I would give this and the Sleepy Nights product a try. I suffer from sleepless nights due to anxiety sometimes. I take this product when I get home from work, which is when I find my anxiety peaks. I also take this in the mornings before I test for pregnancy. Then if I feel I need to I take the Sleepy one. Both products are great! I plan to purchase a larger bottle when I start to run low. These products have really opened my eyes to trying cleaner medicine.

The pump is convenient to measure out the dose I need. I also have peace of mind knowing that it is formulated safely for pregnancy.
