overall, I like the product, it's just a little too expensive

Careless packaging! Bottles leaked.
I ordered these to include in a care package for hurricane damaged North Carolina. The shipment arrived with no caps on the bottles. One bottle had lost almost half of the liquid, and the other has less leakage. I had to makeshift a covering for each bottle. This order was a huge disappointment.
