Pls use in conjunction with 5in1 Essence powder and Elf putty primer... perfect combo for mature dull, dark eye circles, redness , fine lines on the skin...in my case i am powder foundation lover and it helped me to continue using powder foundation even in my 50 plus age and not look aged. Thank you.
I was super skeptical at first I've never used makeup much like maybe just mascara but my brother is getting married and I decided to give it a try before his wedding ! The primer was super sticky at first so I was nervous but it works great! Will definitely be getting more and trying to get better at using makeup!
Out of all of the Wet and Wild primers (and in general) that I have tried this is my absolute favorite. The drops are genius in that they smooth over my face easily and hydrate the skin vs coating it like a regular silicone primer the drops make it easy for me to measure product vs accidentally squeezing too much out of a tube and the application is sanitary vs digging into a pot so and so forth. My foundation (Good Apple Balm by KVD) went on more smoothly and my skin stayed looking beautiful all day. Initially the foundation look was powdery (I used a hydrating toner followed by the drops then slight dampened sponge in a light layer of foundation and topped with Laura Mercier translucent powder) and as the day wore on the look became more of a glow. My foundation did not disappear or change color.
I haven't used primer in this type of bottle before (normally in a pump or a tube). This primer feels more liquid than a gel and comes out the bottle a little quickly so be mindful when you're pouring it into your hands before application so you don't waste it. Luckily it's super affordable so it's okay if you have a little too much come out. Applying it was as easy as smoothing my hands over my face. Then I waited the requisite one minute before applying my makeup. I felt like it did help my makeup stay on all day and dry down properly on my skin. It seems to work well.
My husband likes his multi-tools and now I know why. This primer is like having my very own multi-tool because I've been using this for about a month now and I'm noticing a big difference with my skin and makeup. I apply it after my shower and leave it alone to get dressed. After it dries which takes about a minute or less I then begin applying my concealer and foundation. Some days I apply liquid foundation and other days it's a powder. Today my skin didn't feel dry and I actually felt like my makeup stayed on longer. I also have huge pores on my nose and cheek areas and after using this I've noticed I don't focus on my pores during the day. My days are pretty long as I currently work as a substitute teacher and have to report to the school before 7 am and I usually don't leave until I finish grading papers around 4:30 pm. Before being introduced to this primer I felt like my makeup was completely gone by the time I left the school. But now I feel like I still have coverage whether I used liquid or powder foundations. And I only have to reapply my lipstick from time to time and nothing else. I don't even feel like I have to powder my nose like I usually do when not using this type of primer. So overall this is a great product and I would definitely recommend this primer for longer lasting makeup and for a fresher look.
I'm use to creamy primers. This one is liquid, but works ok and dries quickly. Makeup stays looking fresh all day
Worked well. Felt silky. Overall was not gummy.
This was very different. I never tried a primer that's liquid so I was skeptical. It actually worked out nicely as a primer. It spreads evenly and absorbs into the skin really fast. My skin felt really soft and smooth after it dried down. I didn't care for the scent. It barely had any scent but what I did smell I really didn't like. I can't even explain the scent because it was almost non existent. Overall I liked the product.
I bought this on a whim because the primer I normally use was out of stock. The consistency is like water, and it went on just like water would feel! I will stick to what I know from now on!
The bottle itself is made of extreme poor quality and the packaging. The lid on the bottle was broken and product spilling into the ziploc bag it was in. Ordered a replacement and again the lid on the bottle totally broken off and liquid spilling. Had to return again. Poor quality bottle. Haven't been able to try the product yet.
