The quality is always great, but at the current price buy one for the party. Buy two more to put up in the pantry.
Wolf is my go-to brand for chili. if I am using in a recipe, I add anpound of lean ground meat, fully cooked, to it. the flavor is awesome!
Great for serving large groups!
Like Wolf Brand chili. Not soupy. Taste good. Not too spicy for me.
Just the can I received was dented.
I bought this "Texas" chili by mistake. I meant to get the kind with beans. It is still good as a canned chili. I divey some into my Rice Bot and make a main dish with rice and whatever comes to mind. Warm some up for chili dogs. In this size can it will fill a gallon-size zip bag for the fridge or freezer. Use smaller zip bags to portion it out. Number ten can is quite a lot of anything, just FYI.
The price was great, the taste was good. BUT: The problem on this order came with the Delivery. I received 3 different shipments and the messages about delivery were not consistent. Fortunately I ordered far enough in advance that I received all of my product, but I was concerned it would not all arrive by the time i needed it.
Disgusting. I opened the top and it looked like dog food. It had little dots and particles on top and had a weird smell. It wasn't expired. So idk why it looked that way
I did not receive these items and I am really disappointed that I have to get on this computer consistently requesting my items that I have paid for and not received. It is alarming that this has happened several times and that the delivery person's activities indicate items being received that are not being delivered to the customer. That constitutes fraud. There should be some system in place so that checks can be made to ensure items are received. Also, when items are not delivered, there should be an explanation in the order and a statement regarding when to expect the items. No one want to pay for items and not receive them. The whole purpose of trusting delivery service is to get the merchandise because of not being able to go out and get them. I am learning my lesson ordering items though. One more incident and I will focus on getting with another company. Now, I am having to try to get into the system to request my items and there is no option even available for not receiving items. How is that possible. I know this happens all the time. It's no way I am the only customer this has happened to and I feel for elderly people not familiar with using the computer as well. Persistence is crucial.
I always order this product to be delivered, yet yesterdays had no taste. The taste was bland and like it had no salt
