This OBD adapter is the perfect solution to "hardwire" your dash cam without measing with your vehicles wiring or fuse box. Easy to install, easy to tuck wires with the provided trim tool and easy installation instructions. My only gripe/issue is that my vehicle is tuned/modified and I run a wifi dongle from the OBD port...which with this device I now need a splice 2-In-1 adapter for full functionality of both my devices. Still an ease to install and I highly recommend.
I loved that I didn't have to splice or cut any wires. The power wires simply go into the fuse holders in the panel and the instructions were also easy to understand.
this is an excellent choice of you want your camera to record events after the car is shut off. they include everything you need with plenty of extras for a complete install.
Works great! Keeps my dash cam running without draining my battery to the point the car won't start!
