I’ve been using this 4K dash cam for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The video quality is excellent, with crisp detail both during the day and at night. License plates are clearly visible, even at a distance, which gives me peace of mind in case of any incidents. Installation was straightforward, and the adhesive mount holds firmly. The interface is user-friendly, and the app makes it easy to download footage or adjust settings. The wide-angle lens covers a good portion of the road without much distortion. Loop recording and G-sensor features work as expected, and the built-in GPS is a nice touch for tracking routes. The only downside is that 4K files are large, so a high-capacity SD card is a must. Overall, this dash cam is a solid investment for anyone who values clear, reliable footage on the road.

I purchased three of these for the ladies in my family. They all installed easily and work as described. I found the playback of the video clear and easily to see details if needed.

The cigarette charger has a USB-a plug so you can charge something else when you're using the Dash cam, however, if you use it, the Dash cam will power cycle intermittently up to 4x/hr. The glass on the rear view mirror needs anti-reflective coating because there's major reflection coming off the glass in the daytime. The GPS and Clock displays are too big and too obtrusive on the Mirror and need to be smaller and moved into the corners . It's easy enough to install but the back up camera option has a cable you need to attach to your back up lights and the cable isn't positioned well if you want to mount the rear camera inside your car. Using the mobile app to sync videos requires that you turn off your bluetooth on your phone, disabling your ability to use CarPlay. The cameras are excellent.

I liked this dashcam so I ordered another one, when I received the second one it came without memory card. I made contact with the vendor and WM and two days gone by, no response.

The actual cameras range of motion is very limited. When the mirror is positioned for use by the driver as a rear view mirror, the camera, when rotated to its highest upward limit, only captures the hood of the vehicle, and maybe 2-4 inches above the hood. Not very effective to capture someone pulling out in front of your vehicle. I bought one for me and my 2018 Ram, I am 6’ tall. (For mirror position) I bought one for my wife as well, for her 2017 Jeep Cherokee. She’s 5’5”. Both cameras, when used as a rear view mirror, are useless to see more than a few inches above the hood of the vehicle.

I had this camera since Christmas and it’s already not turning on… goes in and out and now not at all
