Good healthy food
This is a grain free natural food. You can do a search on the web and see for yourself how healthy it is. Most of us are bloated with eating too many grains. Get rid of the breads and pastas and try this with your chicken or meat. Direction are on the back of the box. I love it. has a nutty pleasant flavor. Comes in 4 grinds. I like the coarse. I find the fine and medium too small for me. The whole is just too big and takes longer to cook. You judge for yourself. Walmart sends me what I want and fast, and for less money than I can find this for in my grocery store. How do they do it?
