I couldn't tell how thick these were when I ordered them. Well made socks but much thicker than I need. They give a lot of cushion in your boot, if you've got the room for the thickness.

I discovered these socks about 6+ years ago; I was in heaven! Bought a couple hundred pair since. Recently I bought another 10 packs, brought them home to discover they were half the size, thickness and quality of previous purchases. A fit check confirmed my suspicions. I promptly returned all for money back. I'm now on hunt for a better product; same what we do to save a penny.

Just before I retired, I got my last pair of Wolverine work boots (non-safety toe) for daily walks - gotta have the right socks and these are them. Nice, thick and cushioned, just the right amount of compression to keep your feet in shape while walking the distance! Kudos!

We received a pack of these to try when we ordered steel toe shoes for my husband. He wore the socks today and was amazed at how comfortable they were- the cushioning on top helps with the steel toe, and they breathed very well in a humid work environment. We will definitely be ordering more socks from Wolverine!
