You get what you pay for.
I really wanted to love this purse. The fact that it can be a shoulder bag or a backpack was so helpful. But the liner in the main compartment was not even sewn together and I would have to dig for my small items. Then the lining in the front pocket, where I kept my phone and keys, started to rip off. I figured it out when I found my keys in the main compartment even though I knew I had put them in the front pocket! It just got worse and the fabric kept getting caught in the zipper. The outside of the purse is great but the inside is poorly put together. Very disappointed.

Top zipper pull fell off when I took it out of the bag. The shoulder strap is not adjustable or removable. Veeeery disappointed...save your money and don't waste your time on this one!
