extremely comfy. it barely feels like your wearing anything at all! and it sinches you in alot! super flattering! and if you're thinking of sizing down but you're worried it will be too small, dont! i sized down to a medium, but honestly i could've definitely gone down to a small!

I was too afraid it would not fit but it stretches well. I am loosing weight so I am using this along with a board to avoid getting a flabby tummy. The compression good enough that it hides the foam board I use on my tummy. I like it because I can use it to work and go to the restroom.

I am a size L. Since I hear that ordering a size smaller helps to snatch your body so I did order size M. I felt confortable with it and use it as my daily shapewear

This waist trainer doesn't work it purpose. It's not firm! It's like NOT wearing a tummy control at all. It's more like a camisole. Don't waste your money on this item. Another thing, the seller will not get back to you once you mention you want to return the item.

So if you have boobs at all don't get it the clips on the bottom have already broke it was not worth the time I waited for it and not worth the money that was spent at all
