The top is true to size. I ordered medium for my daughter, who usually fits in adult small well. the medium is definitely a tad bit loose on her, and the cat image is lower on her. She loves it. I will the medium for my self amd make another purchase forba small for her. the t shirt itself is good quality.

It is made of quality fabric and is very cute. The shirt did not come with washing instructions and I put it in the dryer. It shrank, so definitely hang to dry.

The shirts quality isn't the best. This is supposed to be a Junior Large and it's more like a women's XL maybe even a 2X. I bought this as part of an Outfit for my Daughter but it's too loose fitting to even go with the Skort I bought her. Thankfully she likes oversized Tee's or I'd ask for a refund.
