As an 80 year old woman, I appreciate a full size panty and the fact that they are so very comfortable. I'm not sure if the liner works as well as some other reviewers have written because I also wear a pad. But I can go out and about in confidence thanks in part to these panties.

I wore them and at first a put a pad on with it. Then, I found myself in a jam and was forced to just go with the underwear alone. And to my absolute surprise! They did the job! They Are extremely comfortable. At first I didn’t like how the seem by your behind felt because it’s a bit of a thicker seem. I kept thinking the underwear was falling. But then I realized that it’s there to prevent from any mishaps and I stopped caring about it! When you clean them, you simply just rinse them til the water runs clear and toss em in the laundry! I absolutely will buy more of these for me and my daughter! Love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to try these but they are a bit snuggle. I should have sized up. They are very stretchy but I have larger thighs. They washed well. It says they absorb up to 3 regular tampons. I'm excited to try them again when I lose a bit of weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by how comfy these Hanes Moderate Absorbency Period Briefs are. The fabric is soft, breathable, and feels like regular underwear. They work well with light to moderate flow days and they didn't leak or feel bulky. They wash easily and don't show under your clothes. They are not the most flattering or attractive looking underwear but I honestly did not expect them to be. They are not meant for heavier days but are great as a backup on those days. They are also pretty affordable.

This does the job for a small accident or bladder leakage as I have urgency issues when it come to urination, but the great disadvantage is , unlike wearing a pad, you can’t change the underwear unless you are at home. So I feel ‘uncomfortable wearing the the rest of the day. So unless I am at home I don’t wear the but wear other and a pad.

This underwear would be better if they didn't have a large seam across the back. Otherwise they are good.

Quality not the same. Fabric is much thinner and size is not full. I will no longer purchase this product

Material slightly rough. The manner in which the absorbant material is sewn in, it feels as though the under wear is 1/2 way down butt cheeks… very annoying, much better designs out there.

I think I got a defect, all three pairs just leaked straight through.

I felt these panties trapped smells versus absorbing them. Just my take.
