I just started to take these vitamins, but I can say that I did feel a bit more energized after I started taking them. I take them in the morning with my breakfast and they are really easy to take. I will continue using them to see what other benefits I see with them.

I've been taking these for about a week and a half now. I definitely am feeling a bit more energy and more alert! You get 60 capsules and it's recommended that you take 2 per day. I started off with one per day and then once I felt that I was use to them I upped it to 2 per day. So they will last you about a month depending on how much you take a day. The capsules are large, which I'm not crazy about. They float to the roof of your mouth so I find that if I kind of bow my head down while swallowing them it's much easier! GMO free! I was so happy about that. They are also dairy, soy and gluten free. Definitely a great product if your looking for a multivitamin

My wife started the MVI as mine when taking the Man's MVI about 2 weeks ago. Same as taking 2 caps per day every morning. She noted no inferiority and happy with the taste. The capsule was soft and clean. Lightweight. The size was small and edible. The ingredient blends were good for immunity and energy boosts. Happy with the product.

First off these vitamins didn't give me a headache or stomachache like OAD multivitamins do. They don't have a terrible smell either. They give me a bit of an energy boost and I'd like to think they make me healthier but I am not 100% sure of that. Will I keep taking them? Yes

I take vitamins regularly and switched brands to try these, and I honestly don't feel anything special and feel almost to be lacking energy that I have with my normal brand. Another thing that concerns me, is these have a strange pungent smell. Not happy and no desire to use again.
