I just started to take these vitamins, but I can say that I did feel a bit more energized after I started taking them. I take them in the morning with my breakfast and they are really easy to take. I will continue using them to see what other benefits I see with them.

The pills themselves are capsules, about the average size of a multivitamin and the taste is again about average, definitely not the worst that I have ever tasted. This women's multi vitamin has a great list of ingredients, like zinc, folate, magnesium, your basics, plus a female advanced energy blend and antioxident blend. I have taken this for about a week. Results take time, so I cant speak on that yet. But the ingredient list is exactly what I was looking for. I wish the calcium percentage was a little higher though, as that is important for all women especially when you are over 40's. Drawback is capsule size, but I always have had issues swallowing even basic sized capsules & tablets. If its not an issue for you then you shouldnt have a problem with it. I can still take them, I just seek out mini sizes or liquids if possible. I would buy again despite this small preference.

I normally drink supplements after my lunch. Taking two of this is a little bit too much for me as the capsules are bigger than I’m used to. It has an after taste too. But since taking these supplements, I haven’t got sick even when the weather here in Florida has been crazy with being too hot one day and too cold the other. So I believed it’s really helping my immune system.

First off these vitamins didn't give me a headache or stomachache like OAD multivitamins do. They don't have a terrible smell either. They give me a bit of an energy boost and I'd like to think they make me healthier but I am not 100% sure of that. Will I keep taking them? Yes
