the material was not what I thought. I was looking for a much thicker ponte type jacket, this is not that. but it does hold the shape ok. tight in the arms for me and the material is so thin that it doesn't work, it just clings, a smaller person would probably be ok. gave it to my mom and she loves it

I ordered a 3X in the women’s plus size. Garment was labeled as 3X, but what I received was a medium, at best . It was made in the USA, so there should not be a size variation. Item is advertised as a sweater cardigan. (Fabric was not listed in details on web site). To me a sweater is a soft knitted garment. What I got looks and feels like the old double knit fabric. Yuck! Garment label describes as 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Definitely not what I expected. Then when I went to my local Walmart to return it, I was told that they were out of third party shipping labels, and that I would have to go to a different store to return the item. Definitely a big disappointment with this item.
