The three is because of the thin material. You will definitely want to wear an undergarment with it. The color is a nice charcoal. Will work with several things in my wardrobe bThe length is great and the price was good. The stretch of the material makes it easy to wear.

The color is a bit muted and not a true brown. It will work with the right color. It's sheer so will have to wear something under it.
