Get 2 sizes larger than you normally wear
I wanted skirts in a lot of different colors which this one had plenty of. After reading the reviews, I bought an extra size larger than I normally wear, but it was still too small. The return process for “the Marketplace” was a bit of a pain, but I got the job done and ordered 2 times larger. They fit will. It's cheaply made (just material with a hem at bottom and elastic at top). A little longer than I'd like and no slit in the back, but all-in-all, you get what you pay for. They were very cheap (got on sale) and I got all the colors I wanted.

Runs small
Size medium (150%23) is my go to size, so I ordered medium. Very good material however this runs 1 size small. Medium was more like a small.

Size up! My size was too revealing - you can see everything - the creasing from a slip and overhanging stomach fat, underwear lines, etc.- not flattering. It's probably safe to size up 2 sizes for a more clean look.
