The older you get it becomes harder and harder to hit mid to long irons. The hands aren't what they used to be. This club gives you the confidence needed to hit the 160 plus yard shots. It's also a great rescue club, you can line drive it through any opening.
I'm a 2 handicapper and purchased a 25 degree M4 rescue to replace my 5 iron and to match a 22 degree M4 I use. I'm finding it works very well giving me a higher ball flight while still providing good control over my shots.
I only upgrade clubs when the technology difference is significantly different then what I have in my bag. This club is no joke a technological break through. The twist face works. It's not going to bring that shank back. If You don't hit it 100% perfect it will a good shot. the sweet spot is dramatically larger than the smaller (but not to small) club face appears to have. I've added some distance I'm pretty sure it has to do with the weight of the club it's lighter than my old hybrid but still has the weight needed to hit out of the junk on a less than perfect tee shot. All in all this is a very solid club and I would highly recommend to a mid to low handicap golfer. I wouldn't rule it out for a higher handicap but I would demo it first.
If you are getting older and the hands aren't as strong as they used to be.... you'll really get a jolt of confidence hitting this hybrid.
Great club solid ball strike feel and distance control.
Smooth hitting rescue club.
I had the M2 and wore it out! The M4 is Awesome! Super straight, long and easy to hit!
Great club
Works best for me
Very long from the fairway and rough, the club replaced my 4 iron.
