I use these on the outside of my Cotten underwear to help with my HS leakage. They have been amazing. My only complaint is that after washing a few time some have had the inner liner rips or crumples up. But I'm buying more and going to be more careful washing.

I have always experienced heavy menstrual cycles. Which has always caused major leakage throughout the night. These panties are wonderful. Though, I think the padding could be better on them. They are close to fitting your body. This helps keep your pad in place without movement. Worth every penny spent!

These undies are made well. I found that i do have to wear a pad or tampin on my heaviest flow days but these absolutely catch any leaks. I'm satisfied with these.

Look like good period panties. May serve well for that sudden unexpected start of a period. I'm sure they'll work as incontinence panties. Also did not fit. They would not go over my stomach.

They did stay leak proof but, kept all of the fluid on your skid. uncomfortable to wear. legs are to tight. They need to be able to wick the dampness off.

don't BUY. cheap and sized incorrectly. i ordered 4 x and these panties were maybe an American 7. plus vendor said i couldn't return. it did not state that in information. again Chinese bad vendor. BUT Wal-Mart RETURNED MY MONEY. T THANK YOU Wal-Mart. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought two sizes bigger than I'd normally wear and still couldn't get them on. I typically wear anything between 3x-4x. I bought 6x and couldn't even get them all the way up. I would not recommend them for periods or bladder control.

not true to size the run about 3 sizes smaller then what you ask for or what they call for in inches. the protection is crinkly like a dogs toy and yes i could hear it as i walked. haha i will be returning these. use Hanes they are far better.

The product wasn't what I thought it was so I returned it and now my money has not been refunded so I can buy what I do need and no one seems to care I can't just throw 60 away but they must think I can terrible experience

run very small, just by looking at them I could see that I could not get them on, although I should have been able to and have extra room.
