I love the Wonder Bread Sub Rolls! It's like going to a sub shop and filling it with all my favorite vegetables, cheese, lunch meat, oil, and vinegar! It's so yummy! My husband grills his sweet sausage links, then adds them to the sub rolls with mustard and mayo, topped with some grilled onions! He loves it!
When I make subs at home, I prefer to cut the sub rolls the way I want. Even though the description on the ad says "pre-sliced", they are not. They're soft and sturdy, toasts up well, and has nice flavor and texture. They won't fall apart as easily as other brands. Definitely worth the price.
This is my favorite bread. It's not cheap but that's a good thing if you eat bread for the taste. I mostly use it for tuna or chicken salad but also with deli meats.
Fabulous Sub Buns. They will stand up to all the toppings you put on them, even mayo, vinegar and oil. They also make fantastic steak ribeye sandwiches.
Rolls were fresh, especially, I think, because you'll have to slice them open to fill. I liked that there's a recipe on the plastic cover showing ingredients for a cuban style warm sandwich. This bread is excellent with cream cheese, cucumbers, onions, or any veggies grilled or fresh. I had balsamic salad dressing and the cabbage, carrot, and brussel sprouts mix that Walmart sells. Crunchy no meat choice for lighter meal with yummy hoagie style bread. I was impressed with the quality.
These are good rolls BUT they are not sliced. This is only reason they get a FOUR star vs five star rating. they are sandwich rolls so why not slice them?
This is good bread, and it taste just fine. However, I thought that the bread was not as soft as it could be.
My bread was damaged by the delivery driver I would like a refund
these are almost 4 months past expiration date! thats insane
Last order was hard as a rock, this one purchased April 6th BUT EXPIRED IN MARCH?
