Without this product my ingual hernia pain was unbearable and hindered my normal daily life (ie. Standing and walking for longer than 15 min due to bulging discomfort and severe nerve pain) ive been using this product for over a week now awaiting my surgery and it keeps my hernia depressed and i have zero discomfort and no nerve pain while wearing it. Definitely reccomend this for an ingual hernia
