VERY INCONSISTENT! We all know about "the flush," but despite the fact that I take this product every day, some days I onlt get a mild flush, and other days, nothing at all? Sometimes, the flush is REALLY BAD! Some days my ENTIRE BODY TURNS PINK and I itch and feel like I'm on fire.......for about an hour! I will never purchase this brand of anything ever again.

Causing flushing!
Unfortunately it caused extreme flushing. I took in morning and all of a sudden in the evening my face, etc. was on fire. Had no idea this had caused. Took on day 2 and same thing. So did Not take on day 3 and No Flushing. Did research and found out that this is a side effect of the time release.
