I was very surprised about the quality of these shorts. I bought these for my son to wear to church, and not only do they look good, they wash up nicely and my son says they are comfortable! My son usually wears a medium or 8/10 bottoms and the size 8 fitjust right. I liked them so much I bought my other son a pair!

I got these on clearance for $2.75 and they are great quality! I'm so glad I bought multiple pairs too, because when I went to order more just after they arrived, they were back to normal price at $12.98 each! Thank you Wal-mart Clearance!

These are convenient shorts that are made for casual, everyday wear. My son, a long and slim 15yr old, has ample room to move around and grow in the size XL. The inseam is longer for tall kids, and the loose waistband can be tightened for those on the slimmer side. These are slightly similar to track shorts in that they make a sound when rubbed. It’s not too loud or obvious like a windbreaker, but they are more on the athletic/outdoor side in regard to fabric. They’re like the perfect boat shorts you can wear with a casual button down, polo, or a tee.

Lightweight and works for our uniform code at school

My son has loved the everyday pull on shorts for years and I’ve dreaded the day he outgrew the sizing on these as he’s very particular about textures and fit. These have always fit exceptionally well until he outgrew the size 8. The size difference between M (8) and L (10/12) is so wild. The waist is approximately 4” bigger around and the length about 2” longer. We live in Texas so shorts are a year round necessity and there’s no average kid is outgrowing these size 8s and transitioning straight into the 10/12 unless they wear the 8 as skin tight biker shorts before switching to the 10/12 😵‍💫 there definitely should be a size between medium and large. I ordered multiple pairs thinking maybe they were somehow just a fluke but every pair was this same drastic size difference.

The sizing is way off. I have purchased these exact shorts in previous years and the new sizing runs extremely big in the waist.
