Wonder Nation Girls 5 Pair Playground Shorts, Sizes XS-XL

I have an elderly mother who is very small and who is always chilly. I was looking for underwear that was made of cotton and offered some coverage. I bought her these playground shorts because of the soft material and the fit. She likes them very much because they are lightweight, comfortable, and she doesn't have to worry about them falling down or getting baggy.

Walmart really has a great selection of clothes for the price for toddlers. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for play clothes and at the price that these were bundled for they're great. I use them under dresses so you don't see her underwear and the materials great I've had no problems with them so far any of the Walmart brands it's actually even better than the cat and Jack brand.

Great shorts for under dresses. They are very light for under dresses. I would not put these on my daughter as regular bike shorts since they are a thinner material than traditional bike shorts. Definitely perfect for dresses that are knee length or longer as they tend be longer than regular bike shorts.

these are super soft, fit well. the white is see through so you do want like a plain underwear underneath like white to avoid showing a contrast. my granddaughter wears these standalone or under a dress/skirt. however, the Oneonta New York Walmart needs to stop putting items on the shelf that they've taped up the package because it was a pair missing so I had to order another box because I needed 2 white pair.

wash before use, my daughter is super sensitive to clothing materials and said they weren't comfortable straight out of the package due to the inside seam in the crotch area was very firm and thick but once washed/dried it levels out and softens up! everything else was perfect got the matching shirt pack of camis and they're so cute perfect for the warm weather upcoming or jammie's

Nice for bedtime shorts or play around home shorts or under skirt/dress shorts. Wish the cotton were a little less see through when wearing the shorts alone. The cotton especially in the light colors needs to be thicker. Love that they are cotton and would like to see more mostly cotton products in store or online here. Would like to see dark color packages only and light color packages only also. Nice to have a cotton option for those who need it. Size runs true. Child is a medium-size 8 and we ordered the large and the large are just a little bit too big to wear out so we just wear them at home for sleeping. I would guesstimate the large are 1/2"-1" bigger than the medium size. These are not really stretchy either as they are primarily cotton so keep that in mind for sizing.

I bought these two years ago and much better quality then. These are much thinner and more see through material but they do the purpose I wanted (wearing under a dress for my daughter). The ones from two years ago I felt comfortable with my daughter wearing just as shorts since they were not see through.

First time purchasing these are they aren't quite what I had in mind. I assumed the material would be like leggings or bike shorts being that they are called playground shorts. The material is like that of underwear or an undershirt and is so thin they definitely are see through. Fine I guess just to provide extra coverage, but my daughter was mortified when she could see her underwear clear thru them while getting dressed one morning. They are soft enough and very stretchy, perfect for under skirts and dresses but know that the material is thin so you have to think of them as a modest layer and not one that could be worn alone. I do love that they are cotton I just think they could be a bit thicker.

The seam is already ripped on some of them. I've only had them a few months, but the material is so bad. The other was a nice thick, smooth, comfortable material and these are like thin you can see through them they're scratchy and it's just awful. I would not buy these again. You get what you pay for (though I bought these on May 7, and they've increased the price 50 cents in just two weeks). These are not like most girls' bike shorts. These are cotton and polyester, not cotton and spandex. They are not very tight, so they're a bit awkward as bike shorts under a dress. They feel extremely cheap because they are. They're already pilling after one wash. I have another pair from the same brand that are much better than these. These will not last like the other types of bike shorts. I've added pictures to try and show the difference between the two types. White ones are these. Pink ones came with a dress. Don't buy these - spend a few more dollars on cotton/spandex bike shorts.
