This bag is well constructed. Measures 17 inches, 4 to 5 inches wide, large front zippered compartment, 2 good sized, side mesh pockets for water bottles, etc. inside also has a separate pouch. Padded, adjustable, back straps, and a back loop for hanging. Vibrant colors, good selection of designs. I bought 2 each of the Unicorn, Rainbow, Checkered, and Dinosaurs. Filling with school supplies for donations. Don't pass these up.. WORTH NOTING, I was able to fill all 8 backpacks with all these supplies (Pen Gear brand) ordered online (I think it is less $$$ than buying in-store) for $110.00, that's under $14.00 including the backpacks! I divided the pencils, pens, glue sticks, highlighters and erasers up between the 8. A lot of items were under $1.00, and some 50 cents or below!! This backpack exceeded my expectations! It's even more beautiful in person than it looks in the pictures. The design is adorable, and the print is vibrant and perfect for an elementary school child. It feels very sturdy, well-made, and durable, so I know it will hold up throughout the school year. The quality is excellent for the price, making it an amazing value. I'm so happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

For less than 5 bucks, yes, I wholeheartedly recommend it for the kiddos under age 8 or so. It's big, but a great way to haul around the toys or extra clothes for the tiny humans. I wouldn't put books in it, I'm sure it can't take much abuse. But, it's the price of a nice gift bag, so keep that in mind because it isn't a Jansport, but still quite decent.

I was shocked with this backpack because it has side pockets a large pocket in the front further inside when you open the backpack it has a pocket to store a real laptop or tablet that for the price is very good. And it is made of plastic and fabric materials.

was used as a birthday gift, filled with all the things a young kid needed for an overnight at grandmas. side pockets for drinks and stuffed animal. front pocket for snacks and quick grab toys. i used inside for jammies, cloths and toiletries. was even enough room for blanket, shoes and diapers/wipes. Bit still a smaller size where he (2) could carry it. was a great gift

This backpack looks nice and has plenty of room for books, folders, and school supplies. The straps are comfortable, and the material feels good for everyday use. It would have been great with a little more padding, but overall it's a good backpack for the price.
