I didn't look at more than the first photo, so I didn't realize that they have a back/ankle support area. It made the thong part hurt my child's toe. I cut it off. It's good for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are super cute and stay in well with the back strap, they are just a basic flip flop and if your child has wide feet it might not work for them. But they are extremely reasonably priced and would absolutely last a full summer season.

I have had to buy this shoe twice. The first time, instead of giving me an adults 11/12, I was given a child's 11/12. I tried doing the at home return, but the driver notified me they have the wrong item listed, and since it was listed as an adults 11/12, she could not return it to my home. I was forced to drive all the way to a store and returned it. I ended up buying a flip flop from somewhere else. The second time I purchased it was for my nephew. When I received the item, it wasn't like the picture. In the picture, it shows a flip flop. Instead I received a sandal with the same design. I didn't bother with the return, but will not be purchasing the $1.98 flip flop again.

I've ordered this 2/3 BABY flip flops FOUR TIMES so far and I'VE BEEN RECEIVING THE WRONG SIZE every time! It looks like they have been sending me a BIG BOYS 2-3 (which fits my size 7 women's feet!). I've been calling customer care, one of the agents even PROMISED ME that I would get the right size next time, however I didn't! What I've been ordering is the pair of flip flopsSHOWN IN THE PRODUCT'S PICTURES (which we can clearly see it is a baby sized one), however IT DOES NOT MATCH AT ALL with the pair that I've been receiving! I need someone to look into it so I can order and receive a baby sized one before my nephew becomes a teenager! Thank you!

Not like the photo. It has a backing to the flip flop. Not what I wanted.
