my son loves the bike but i have been charge 2x for this .on aug 14 and the 23 still waiting 2weeks for my money to be added back to my card .. everytime i talk to customers service its a different story everytime

I ordered - Ocean Blue - they sent me black
I ordered - Ocean Blue - however they sent me black. I could have, should have sent it back, instead I am very very disappointed. The bike is fine EXCEPT it is not Ocean Blue, which what I ordered.

Defective Front Forks
Step one of assembly is attaching the front wheel. I couldn't even make it past this step as the front forks were not properly aligned. I tried dismantling more of it to fix it but to no avail. It's like one fork was shorter than the other.

I received the package in two days. Once I opened it the fork doesn't lineup correctly. I tried to figure it out but no luck

did not get my bike with all the parts missing fenders and fender brackets. cant get ahold of anyone to see if they can send me the parts.
