The cape is really nice. Large enough for adults to wear. The only criticism is that the neck isn't large enough with the Velcro. i just used pins on the back of each shoulder. otherwise it's really nice.

The person I ordered it for said that it did not fit her she said instead of for adults she said it seemed like it was for kids.

Cheap
This is from Luis a case of you get what you pay for. It is closer to a child's size than an adult. I couldn't even faster around my next let alone it covered my shoulders.
