I bought the shampoo bar for my dog just to try it out for a quick wash when she rolls in something in the yard. I was so surprised at how much lather I got from the bar and the fragrance was nice as well. I also bought the flea and tick spray and so far so good! Love the scent and haven't seen a tick or flea.
My dog got fleas. I've never had a pet get fleas so when she started itching frantically, fleas weren't my first thought. I started with the neem topical oil which was amazing for hotspots, and bought the bar of shampoo, insect repellent spray, and ear wash which have all worked fantastically. The shampoo lathers beautifully and I can use my fingers to work it into her coat, and rinses clean. After itching frantically for days, she's finally itch free!! I love the cedar soap holder it came with to dry the bar out before packing it away. The earwash is fantastic as well, and I sprayed her coat liberally with the repellent spray. I love that these are natural AND that they work!! Finally some products where you don't have to compromise efficacy! Thank you!!!
I have an Aussiedoodle who loves the outdoors in any weather, and as a result, often needs her paws/legs and mouth cleaned rather than a full bath The ease in putting a touch of bar soap on a "spot" that needs washed knowing that a full lather and quick rinse is wonderful, time saving, and makes pup and human very happy!
Wowza!! This product deserves atleast 20 stars! I have a white boxer who is allergic to LIFE- no joke! He reacts to everything else except one other natural product but I wanted to try this and see if it was easier, and I'm glad I got it for him!! Lathers right up, gives you more than enough suds to wash an XL dog, and rinses right out! He's beyond white now! I didn't notice a smell to the soap, but my dog smells 100% better! I'm blown away! I will always use this on my dogs whether they have allergies or not! Thank you Wondercide for another amazing product! You all are ROCKSTARS!!
I love the Shampoo bar! We live on a half acre of land, I try to keep the flea situation under control, but almost impossible! I do need to bathe my little Abbey (chihuahua) more often (to get the fleas) and it's so nice to have something all natural and soothing to her skin and coat, it leaves her feeling so soft and does help with her itchy skin. I also use the spray on her bedding, Abbey doesn't like the smell so after I spray, I just put it outside on the porch for a few minutes to air it out.
I love the exfoliating shampoo bar!! It is so easy to use, lathers good, and rinses clean and easily!!! Once my dog is completely dry he smells amazing! I love the patchouli!!! I also love knowing the simple and safe ingredients that are being used in the product!
Things haven't gone according to plan here (do they ever?), so I've been sponge bathing my fur babies once a week with the Hypoallergenic Shampoo Bar. One is an aikido master Corgi/Husky who becomes a floppy, dead weight at the “b” word. The other is a large and strong Amstaff mix who, despite being a fabulous and gentle, well-trained, retired service dog, also takes exception to the “b” word. He. Just. Will. Not. Go. And it's a very nice, extra roomy utility tub we had installed at considerable expense just for them. But Dad is out of commission with a bad back and shoulder, and a preop knee, so I'm making do with a couple wet washcloths and a basin of warm water for each, once a week. And this wonderful soap. This past June, our world exploded with fleas out there-all coinciding with stress from the sudden loss of our 17 year old chocolate lab girl. It wasn't totally a surprise to her humans anyway. Hindquarters were failing and there was the occasional horrifying Bambi on ice fall-but the tail still wagged. Until one afternoon it didn't, and she couldn't get up, not even to raise her head for a drink. And she crossed the Rainbow Bridge the very next day. And our dogs sniffed the air in the direction of the vet's office, miles away, till that scent was gone. Then they faced the other direction, toward the grave across the driveway, and waited patiently for days. And they licked. And scratched. And tried to chew their tails and haunches and feet off. So they got to meet the vet in this new town we'd moved to last November. And all that worked till they'd finished it, then it didn't. Meanwhile, I sprayed the house, the yard, liked to killed my precious corgi with a monthly flea Rx that shall not be named. And that did not help, either. And Dad bathed them when he could. At least things calmed down to where I wasn't overwhelmed with grief and worry and I was able to think. We got a safe, generic monthly capsule after we'd used the safe daily generic in combination with Benadryl (hated to but they were miserable). I used my wondercide essential oil in a water mixture on the yard, in the house, and a weaker mixture sprayed on them. Which they hated. So when I ordered the Hypoallergenic bar I also got the wipes. I use the wipes twice a week. They're smallish but one works for both, then goes in the vacuum canister in case of lurkers. And the shampoo bar (you were hoping I'd get to that)-doggy spa time, baby! They're not gettin the “b” word-it's a massage! Leo stretches and moves-actually walks away and turns around (he's a big boy) to present the other side. Shortcake does her road kill imitation so I can really get to her belly, after she's let me scrub her all over. I rub briskly with the soapy cloth, rub briskly with a rinsing cloth, then a towel drying rub down. They love it. I love it. And in the place of bleeding, dehaired hot spots, we have thick, soft, luxuriant fur over healthy skin. Awesome stuff! Hugs (from a safe, social distance)!!!
We love Wondercide Shampoo Bars. The hypoallergenic is the best for our girl, Birdie. Her skin is sensitive to harsh ingredients and has no reactions with Wondercide. It is mild and cleans my dirty field and stream English Springer Spaniel very well.
I bought the Hypoallergenic shampoo Bar for a dog that has horrible allergies and I had it for a while before I actually used it. I've only used it once, it's like all the other shampoo bars in the fact that it lathers up very well and it rinses off very easily. I've only used it once so time will tell how it works with him go see it helps. I can't say it's better or worse than anything yet because I'm only used it once. I will say all the shampoo bars are better than using shampoo out of a bottle.
At this point, the flea shampoo bar is not working. The Wondercide flea collar is also not working. It also came with a flaw & I had to put Duct tape on it to hold it together. Had to throw it away after 2 weeks in. The only thing that I can honestly say that works is the Essential Oil Flea Spray!
