It's very nice. The inside is very soft and will hold a lot of random items one might pick up while using one of these at a convention. Very nice.

While the details are there, this folio doesn't quite earn five stars from me. The binder will really hold about 75 sheets as opposed to the advertised 200. The legal pad is removable but not it's holder. Some may appreciate all the pockets. Note: the calculator holder is the right size for small spiral note pads, however. The stitching is very neat and the portfolio looks nice. It is made of vinyl with a brushed fabric interior which seems to attract dust particles. All in all, not bad, just not great.
