I brought this item for my Mom to help with the edema in her feet/legs as a result of her high blood pressure. Within 48 hours, Mom called to say that she’s not only sleeping better, but longer.

I ordered this pillow for my husband when he had a lumbar fusion. It really helped him to elevate his feet to reduce the awful bruising below his waist from the incision he had on his stomach. Very firm wedge kept his feet to knees in a comfortable position without them slipping off. Came with a removable cover that could be washed.

Really helped reduce my acid reflux!

I was told if I could evaluate my body a little bit it would help me sleep better with my breathing so I found his wedge at Walmart.com and it has helped me sleep better because I am breathing better.

It just didn’t help me as much as I thought it would! I had very soar shoulders after using it the 1st night and you are not able to sleep on your side if you use this pillow! I’m a side sleeper!!!

If this were actually memory foam it would probably work really well. Unfortunately, it's pretty hard for extended use. I long for the day there is an all-memory foam version like this, with a little more ergonomic shape, and also a little longer. I still use it because it's one of the few on the market with no raised leading edge or memory foam topper that will cramp your lower back.

I bought this to help with reflux and surgery recovery. My husband has a different one so I figured I'd get one as well. I used it for 5 minutes and it feels like a slab of marble. There is NO give to the foam. Literally feels like a plank of wood with a pillow over on it. I gave up after a few minutes on my back and only lasted a few seconds on my side because it was like laying on the floor- my shoulder didn't even dint it. My husband tried it and made it about an hour on his back but he couldn't do it either. I also found this one to be way more narrow; it fit me shoulder to shoulder but no more. My arms didn't really have support and had to lay way down on the bed which made my hands fall asleep or I had to put them on my stomach. My husbands other one (different brand) is a few inches wider and you can comfortably lay your arms along your body on the pillow. The photos are shot to make it look wider than it is, and it's quite narrow. The only “good” I found, was that it is well made. Good cover on it, no loose seams, it is nicely made; it's just hard as marble and too narrow.

This wedge is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I caused me more pains I did not have. I have back problems, sciatic, acid reflux and lung problems. I used wedges for decades. I was going to return it, but my husband liked it for himself as a pillow to watch television. I will keep looking because the ones im used to buying, are not making them anymore.
