A nice 6" size for crafting, 1st I used the light weight letter to make a stencil and then and then for the wooden project I intended it for.

I bought these wood letters for my infant grandson's bedroom as part of project I was doing for a gift. When I got the letters, they were the perfect size good quality cuts except for the fact that they smelled so heavily of campfire type smoke. It was if they took a log out of a campfire and cut the letters out of that piece of wood. When you walked into my house you could smell the heavy smoke smell from those wood letters. There were even burn marks on the back of most of them. I wish I would have read the reviews a bit more, as I had seen after I got them, that this had happened to other people as well. So buyer beware that if you are buying wooden things from this seller that this may be a problem for you as well. Use your best judgment, knowing that people rate these things for a reason and for their experience, not everybody has had or will have this experience, but I did and I'm not pleased because this was to go into a baby's room. I can't use them the way they are. It's unfortunate because they were perfect for what I needed them for. Shame on this seller for selling something obviously not fit to be given away much less sold for hard earned money. There is no way those were packaged without knowing they smelled the way they did. Personally, I will never buy from this seller again nor would I recommend them to anyone else, aware they knowingly sell something that is unfit for the use it was intended for.
