Tastes so delicious and sweet. Greet way to end a long day and unwind. The taste was beyond any other wine I've tasted. I like to a pair it with a little ice and my secret it to add a drop of sugar, try this and I promise your wine tasting experience will never be the same!
I love a good Riesling and this one is great and easy on your wallet!! I like to drink this with a lean meat dish or just sipping while cooking dinner!! It's a very light and refreshing wine!!! I would definitely recommend that you try this one, you're gonna love it!!
A very solid Riesling! Very sweet, which is what I am looking for with a Riesling. Goes great with dry/crisp flavored foods. Compliments alfredo sauce/pasta well. This is above the bottom shelf, a bit more expensive than other brands but worth the slight increase in price in my opinion.
I drink this Riesling all the time. Its extremely affordable and has a great taste. I frequently drink semi-sweet wines and Woodbridge Riesling has been one of my favorites because a lot of brands give me headaches but I've not had that issue with this brand! I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes a sweet wine, but not too sweet.
This prefect for cooking in your sauce it got the prefect amount of flavors you can also drink it to i like me a good white wine some times no need for improvement affordable not expensive got a wonderful taste it taste divine in food yes i recommend it
You can never go wrong with a Riesling. Woodbridge is a reasonable price point and it a pretty good taste. I have had other brands I like more but if you see this in the store it is definitely not a bad decision. I tend to like less crispy and more fruity wines.
I am not a big fan of wine and I hate dry wine. So, keep that in mind while reading my review. I have tried a few cheap wines since I loathe beer and buying what I need for mixed drinks gets pricey. I hated white zinfandel, tasted like sour grapes. Pink moscato wasn't too bad, much less sour grape taste. I love sweet stuff. So, I tried this based on the reviews. It's a "meh" for me. Yeah, it's fairly sweet, there's no grapes gone bad taste and it's not a dry wine at all, but I don't love it.
Everything I had cooked turned out German with snow peas. I made a commitment to do better. This is the secret ingredient which transforms Chinese dishes. It adds some salt and that little extra which makes flavors pop. I added this to egg fried rice and it was magic. Just back off the salt or don't salt at all when using this. I also discovered this is the secret of my favorite wine burger place. I tried grilling burgers with different wines without success but tried this and had an A-HA moment. So I'm using it outside Asian cuisine with great results.
Fun, refreshing wine with a lovely aftertaste and a great light punch. First time but will try again. Not my favorite wine, but no notes because I could see why it would be someone else's.
Absolutely palatable especially if you're into lower to mid level fermented grape beverages. Listen, this last year and a half has pushed me to the fringe in life. There was a time when my recycling man didn't look at me with disdain after dumping my vast collection of wine bottles I've put to rest the week before. When he asked if I lived alone, I completely panicked and before I knew it I had lied and told him a half dozen of my Italian Gypsy family had temporarily moved in and that it was considered normal in Spain to consume that much wine on a regular basis. Listen folks, I live entirely alone, I am NEITHER Italian OR of Gypsy heritage. It was me Mr. Recycle dude, and I'm a straight lush now. This one brand had been bought on more than a few occasions, so it's good enough and cheap enough to stay in the running. All in all, I will continue to consume this wine as it is cheaper and more efficient with less side effects than heroin, so I've got that going for me. 1 1/3 thumbs up.
