Glass was shattered in one of the frames, Cannot say exactly when this occurred whether during shipping or delivery or that someone moved it from lobby to the mailroom as a courtesy, but I am happy with the Frames, I will be buying a new glass.No reflection on the seller.

I bought this frame because it is red to put an old Army picture of my Father to match an American flag frame I have for him and it matches perfectly I love it!!! Definitely recommend it's very nice quality

Frame was wrapped in plastic %26 that kept it together (flimsy is the was I'd describe it). Didn't bother to return it, the color red is nice though.

I never got my picture frames you said they were delivered, but I never got them. Did you take a picture of the delivery like Amazon does? Please send me my picture frames or reimburse me. Thank you!
