Woods 22849 Metal Extension Cord Storage Reel

I had my doubts about this, but I just put 100 ft. of outside cord on it and it held it fine. Once it's all on there, it becomes very sturdy, easy to store and tote around. Had no trouble winding it up once I figured it out; set base on ground, held the big handle with left hand, use right hand on the small handle to turn it and wind the cord on. Easy.

I like this because I am tired of cords laying around. It seems to work really well, however the reel handle could be a little bigger. This is the one on the outer reel not the main handle. But, this is a great item and I plan on doing Christmas lights also.

smaller than I expected but easily fit my 50 foot extension cord when I reeled it up. I didn't have to guide it on, just made sure it was untangled. Very easy to carry around now. I'm buying a second one now.

Unbelievable at this price. Frame is metal with plastic reel that snaps together. Has 2 cord attachment points on hub of reel. About 1/2 of the price of one that is all plastic. Holds 50' of 14 gauge cord. Probably would not hold 100 ft.

Worked like a charm. It chapter 100 ft cable accessible and an order. Easy to use. Well built. I recommend this product to everyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wrapped 100 ft. of 12/3 cord on it. It was smaller than I thought it would be, other than that it was great.

Love the easy use and makes a quick roll up of cords. I have tried all plastic ones but don't last for me.

Almost a great product. The crank is ridiculously small, which makes it super annoying. It's just a litte stump, which makes it terrible to crank when you have the male end stick out the side of the reel. (Which is kind of the entire point.) If they hade included a real crank, it would have received 5 stars. Can't figure out what in the world they were thinking. :( Still a decent value because the price is low. But can't recommend.

Not very strong and unwieldy to put 100 ft cable. Not very convenient to roll and unroll the cable. If you are having 100 ft cable, you need something at least 50% bigger and much more rugged.

first it looked like its all metal but its not the wheel is plastic and then the knob is pretty small to roll up the cord plus my 100ft cord will not fit on it
