I recommend 100ft of type 16 3 cord
Overall, very satisfied with this product. It says up to 125ft will fit, and it may if you use a smaller type cord. I have a 100ft 16 3 cord on mine and as you can see in my pics its pretty much at max. It's lightweight, winds well and sturdy enough to do the job. Good price

Not electric cord but HOSE storage.
I'm not using this for electric cord storage. I'm using it for a flat water hose storage in my trailer. Works great and makes a 100' go-flat hose easy to handle.

Different item received than is shown
Looks ok, what was sent is different than shown online. See my photos: the one on the left I had purchased previously and still matches the online photo, but the 2 on the right are what I actually received in December 2024. What I received is slightly smaller, lighter weight, and has a much smaller handle (the handle that sticks off the side) than the current photp online. The original handle was easier to grip and the original item looks sturdier. The online photo should be updated.

Reeling It In
This is perfect if you use your cords a couple times a week. Not built to use everyday. The plastic that this is made of is a little flimsy and would be annoying if it had to be used daily.
