Wonderful earthy tones
I have been hinting for years to friends and family, ever since I bought similar bamboo wind chime for my father, that I too would love one or more of these for my backyard. Since then I have received a couple traditional tinkling chimes. Nice but not the warm woodsy, earthy tones you hear from the bamboo. Therefore I bought myself a gift! Not expensive here on walmart site, 10 years ago I paid double that for my dad's at an art fair. I looked it over carefully when it came and it looks to be of good quality and it sounds lovely. I can't hang it until spring but I look forward to sitting in the back yard by the pond and hearing it and the waterfall!

Extra joy on the deck
It has a calming effect in a pleasant quieter chime with the clanking of bamboo wood instead of loud annoying metal like most wind chimes. Love it so much !! Xoxoxo

Beautiful natural sounds
One thing that many people are unaware of, is the versatility of bamboo. The sound is not annoying, distracting, or loud but relaxing and peaceful. Smooth and melo.
