I am so happy I actually got this! So many times I can't count my package goes someplace else. it was fast delivery and a great product. so many attachments i didn't expect and a bag to hold it all together.

This was a great buy! It came with everything shown, including the carrying case, and it had a charge when it arrived so I could try it out, I primarily bought this to smooth out 3D prints and to drill for jewelry making. This tool is a little on the heavier side because of the battery, but still easy to maneuver and hold on to. I definitely got more than I thought I would with the quality of this product.

enjoyed receiving this wonderful tool and all its components. Though I have another large drummer tool, this one was smaller and fit into the hand better for small craft projects and even personal hygiene nail care.

A bit heavier than Dremel it replaced ,but very nice. Way more adjustability and very competent replacement.

I own 2 older, corded Demels but this is far more useful and the kit and storage bag should get any new user started.

I like the dremel but there is a part that was not included which is a reducer allowing the user to be able to use the cutting disks included with the tool. I have been back and forth with there customer service regarding this particular part. The first thing you read about the dremel is that it can cut items but without the part for cutting you cannot cut with the dremel. After numerous e-mails to their customer service, I have received the answer that the missing part is being sent from China and I must wait 45 days before I am able to get it. My reaction is therefore a mixed one. I like the tool and the versatility that it provides in doing different tasks but because I have had to write so many e-mails before I got an answer to my problem, I have given the WorkPro dremel the rating you read here.

I gave it 3 stars because I think it needs better grinding attachments, they all seem to have the same texture, and are pretty smooth, I need a couple with a rougher grit to them. For more serious grinding, they all just remove a little at a time, with no attachment that can grind away faster.

I do a lot of mini craft projects so I order this tool hoping to get a good use of it but unfortunately it's a little too big and heavy for my work requirement, definitely I can't use it

Walmart claimed this item was delivered the drop off photo was blank there AI customer service said wait 48 hours still no rotary tool delivered I called back and was told by AI customer service no replacement no refund this is ridicules will not use Walmart online shopping again
