This thing is awesome heavy duty definitely not made cheap. Has a nice case that you put it in that you can also charge it while it's in the case really really nice.

Smooth operation, plenty of bits and the batteries life is pretty solid too. Reaching tight spaces (like certain parts of a pc case) might be a little difficult because it's so thick. The case itself is also fairly cheap, the plastic covering that allows you to see the screwdriver came off during shipping and pops up occasionally too. Only thing I'd describe as cheap about the product though.

Item seemed of great quality but when opening the storage box to the screwdriver, the locking pins on the inside of the sliding box are broken and it won't lock into the closing position. not sure if this happened in transport, as I had it delivered. 🤷

these were much smaller than I expected

I was under the impression that this was a real screwdriver ratchet. Every pop in tool was in miniature. If I wanted to use it to assemble toys or tiny stuff, it would be fine.
