High quality NBR pads
The material is NBR, rather than EVA as mentioned in the listing. NBR kneeling pads are better than EVA. It's a twin pack. I bought it for ab roller workouts. It made a huge difference, it kind of lock in your knees no more skidding and the workout felt far more effective. These are high quality kneeling pads. Price is much cheaper than Am***n for the same pads. One of the best purchases at Walmart.

Best for post knee replacement
After replacing one window blind, my knees were both bruised and sore for a few days. I had used a folded up bed sheet and the thickest folded bath towel I had to kneel on, but it was not enough. Because of one knee replacement, and still having another blind to install, I knew I needed to find a better way to cushion my knees. I searched all the knee pads available for size and thickness. This name brand pad was the best in all areas, including price. When I received it, I immediately put it on the floor and knelt on it. It supported and cushioned my knees as needed. Now I'm looking forward to changing out the second blind.

Saves the knees and back
I love these kneeling pads some of the best ones I have bought yet. The padding is nice and thick great protection for my knees. The construction is great should last more then a few years.
