The BEST Sweet and Sour Meatballs
I made Sweet and Sour Meatballs with Bell Pepper, Onions, Carrots and Pineapple. I serve it over Rice. I have a mold for the Rice to make the dish more appealing. I decided to use the Island Mango Sauce instead of making my sauce from scratch. I was late making Dinner that night and was trying to make a shortcut. My Meatballs and Julienne Carrots were frozen so, that saved me some time. I cut up the Bell Pepper and Onions and steamed them in water with the Meatballs. My family and I LOVED the flavor!!!!
