The tool arrived with a partially charged batter that allowed me to test the run of the tool. It was neat and the ability to operate a screwdriver and a drill with the flick of the hand is neat. I did not need this but I liked it and will use it in the days ahead.
I have had a lot of drills but as with most Worx products you get more bang for the buck. This drill is very small for a 1/2 drill but do not let that fool you, it has plenty of power. I needed to drill through a 4X4 to put in an eye bolt. No problem at all for this drill. I have tested the clutch system out and it works as it should, the chuck locks onto a drill bit with ease and does not loosen up and the light weight makes it easier to work with. Thanks again for a great product.
I can't stop talking about the drill that you can have your drillbit and your other attachment on the same tool at the same time. We had just had a shed a very large metal shed built almost 20 years ago and I had that tool at the time and it made it so nice when you're trying to hang lights inside of a building not to have to carry two drills at the same time I love all of my worx tools and the fact that the batteries last so long is the best part about it and I have been receiving free reels for my edger for over 12 years because it still works great I love all works Products
This drill replaces the WORX that I had. I put it up and gremlins grabbed it. I decided that we had to replace the missing so we did. With the same brand and size. It didn't hurt that I have several batteries that I can use in it. My weed eater, work light, jig saw, and chain saw all use the same batteries. My experience with this drill is that it does everything I could ask. Replace outdoor fence panel screws to putting on kitchen cabinet doors, it has the power. It's light enough that I can use it for long work days. There's no reason to swap brands when WORX is putting out great products that last (until misplaced and I will use it if I find it). The original WORX product we bought, the weed eater, is still WORXING like a champ.
The switch driver is a unique and convenient tool which is why I have one and I purchased one as a gift! Worx has unique tool offerings across the board which makes me question why weren't they thought of much sooner. I have 4 worx lawn tools in my garage as well from trimmers to edgers and a leaf blower / vacuum which I love!
Love these drills. HVe had one for over 10 years with heavy use and no issues. This one was an additional one for us and has some nicer updates features
Nice size I have the impact version but this is the nitro. Seems smooth haven't used it much yet but it is small and fits my hand well. I also like the chuck and its operation.
I bought this almost a month ago and I just love it. I am not a big fan of Do-it yourself projects around the house and relied mostly on a handyman to do everything....After I got this, my kids and I got busy building small stuff such as toy homes with the wood lying in the garage. We liked it so much, now we are planning to do the real stuff :) The beauty is that it is light, hard and strong for projects around the house. We just love the product.
The drill works great. Loads of torque, compact, and long lasting power. The only complaint is the quick charger received is defective and doesn't charge the battery.
I never received the drill it was delivered to an address in Texas. Trying to get the issue resolved is a joke. Still don't have it Not happy in the Hamptons
