Worx Nitro Driveshare WA0222 40V Pole Saw Attachment

This products works as advertised. Even my wife will use it. The cutting ability is great and weigh is very manageable. Recommend this product.

I have the chain saw and extension pole by WORX; however, it gets a little heavy for this little old lady when cutting tree limbs and branches. This pole saw is just what I needed to get the job done efficiently and not be exhausted. I was surprised how easy it is to use.

This fits all universal type power heads.....wont mention the brands. Straight head design is superior in design and strength to other brands plus it incorporates a small assist hook to help pull branches. Metal where it should be. Worx makes two attatchments for universal type powerheads that are superior to all others...this and their edger attachment.

This pole saw attachment has an outstanding reach with plenty of power and is extremely easy to assemble and use.

I really like this saw saves getting on a ladder with the extension you can reach high up to trim limbs off it is a great tool.

The drive share 10 inch saw extension is okay tool. After three uses the chain saw blade teeth that guide it are warped. Except for this it would get 5 stars.

Bought into the WORX universe a few years ago and have over a dozen tools. This one has to be the worst. The first time I used it it worked for about 20 min of cutting high limbs with the extension in place. Then it stopped working… the problem is the extension piece. Whatever internal power transfer mechanism it had got twisted/bound up and no longer operates as advertised. The pole saw attachment still works directly with the drive unit, but now the reach is shorter than advertised. I see other reviewers have had the same problem so it has to be a design or manufacturing flaw with the extension piece

Have had 2 extensions fail within 45 minutes of use. The shaft inside overheats and breaks. Probably a design flaw or QC fail. The pole saw itself works fine, the covers are a little chintzy and get knocked out of whack fairly easy but par for an inexpensive pole saw attachment, it will also work without the extension.

I have many Worx products, both cordless and corded, and am very happy with them. However, the Nitro Driveshare 10” Universal Pole Saw attachment is very disappointing. The first time I used it a couple years ago the attachment extension broke after 45 min of use. I have since only occasionally used the saw without the attachment. Today the saw stopped working under load. Everything is tightened on the machine but there is simple inadequate support and rigidity for the product to be reliable. As a grass trimmer it is fine but the pole saw extension has a design flaw which prevents long-term reliable performance. I cannot recommend this product.
