Saws that are too big - be they gas or electric - often convince us to skip a trimming job that will only take a minute or two. A big branch hanging over a mowed game trail or the backyard fence - let’s do it now, and this smaller light saw encourages that. An 8” tree down on the driveway to a hunting shack was no problem, but the more common use is trimming saplings and heavy brush, including tree stand branches that are a pain to cut with anything less, not to mention pulling to start a saw well off the ground. Folks often look at an electric tool and think the bigger the better when it comes to batteries, but why? If a 20 volt will do just fine why lug a heavier 48 volt battery around? Folks with a big back yard and the need to cut up branches regularly, or sportsmen cutting shooting lanes and keeping trails open will find this sized saw about right. It’s doesn’t leak bar oil, the chain tightens easily, and the battery runs long enough to handle trimming chores. Plus it’s priced right.

Works great for 4” logs that fell on our roof after a severe storm! My Grandsons 14 and 15 years old helped me easily cut them up even had contest who could cut the most in a limited time!! Light weight they didn’t quit before job was finished! Slm

I am 5ft tall woman and can use the Jaw Saw all by myself.....no more worries about kickback. I am much more confident than when I am using a chain saw....it's easier to start too!

I can't say enough how useful the JawSaw has been. My husband has a bad back and this has been a life saver for him! It is easy to use with minimal bending. It cuts well with plenty of power. It is much safer than a chain saw for cutting limbs up in the yard. My only complaint is I wish the batter lasted longer.

Just love my chain saw works like a dream how many 72 year old woman are out cutting wood like me.Hand held light weight cuts great.

I liked this chain saw. It is lightweight, fast, easy to use. There are photo and video of its use at one battery charge. I can recommend it.

Another great product from worx. My wife will be using it for the first time tomorrow to free some trees of large vines, and I'm sure she will love it as much as I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chainsaw is excellent in that it is portable and easy to maneuver. This is the first chainsaw that I’ve owned, so I don’t have anything else to reference. I used it to cut the tree limbs and it handled it like a champ! The only reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is because the chain would sometimes come off the track for the thicker branches. It was not a big deal, but more of a nuisance.
