I LOVE this little fella, I can trim all of my trees and larger bushes with a breeze. Love the Worx brand!

Small powerful tool
This little saw walks right through 4 inch limbs and has great battery life.

Not bad, but not great.
Purchased the 5" chainsaw and extension for pruning palms and trees on my property. I also own several other Worx tools, so went with this tool so I could have a single battery platform. Overall it is ok and cuts well enough but the unlubricated self tensioning chain has a tendency to come loose. I feel like if I keep it I will spend more time messing with the chain than I want to. Also, the extension pole is not compatible with the Nitro By-Pass Pruners, a real bummer because Pruners + Saw swappable to the same extension and battery would be VERY handy.

Poor Manual
Unit does not have a chain/bar oiler. Have to oil manually. The manual is totally useless, no accompanying text to explain, just pictures.

5 “ pruning saw
Followed detailed instructions on how to put product together, when it was time to try it out, I decided to try it out on one quarter inch to one half inch branches first, before going all out on 4 to5 inch branches. I am glad I did, because within five minutes, the chain fell off. I read instructions in detail to put chain back on, but within 30 seconds, the chain continued to fall off. I tried putting it back on at least three times but to no avail. Very disappointed with product. Need full refund.
