This blower is awesome. Yes, the power switch is a little harder to rotate than I would like. But it works more like a rheostat than a 1, 2, 3 speed selector. This allows you to quickly reduce power when blowing around delicate plants and flowers. Highly recommend.
Very powerful leaf blower - twice as powerful as any electric name brand competitor and would never buy Toro or others again given the effectiveness and ease and power of this blower. And also note taht CFM being 800 makes a big diffference much more than mph rating.
Got this on a wonderful sale but would be worth every penny at regular price. It has more power than my older battery blower and works perfect for the intended uses. Would purchase again and recommend. Not terribly heavy! Being a senior that's a plus
So I may be a little obsessed with the performance of this huge plug-in blower, but it is unbelievable! So powerful it makes easy work of even heavy and wet leaves, Pine Straw, grass anything! I say I am obsessed as I have purchased four of them! I don't want to have to walk back to parts of the property to make easy work of cleanup or tidiness. There is always one available where I am at. Just make sure you get a good quality, high current electrical cord to feed it the necessary “juice“ that it needs to perform at its peak. I love this thing!
Very powerful blower and two blower speeds enable a bit more control . Easily cleaned up in the fall from two mature maple trees and several birch. The extra power meant that we also were able to blow the tree leaves out from under and around shrubbery and flower beds. Much lighter to carry and use compared to the battery powered blowers that we also had considered. Wish an adapter with a smaller opening was included. Other than this wish, we are very pleased with the blower and this purchase! Great value!
Much more powerful than a battery powered blower and no worries about battery fires or replacing battery. I was using a popular low cost battery powered unit sold by the popular home... store but those units seem to always have an issue so this Walmart sold product was super fast to get without any headaches.
I only ever buy electric/corded blowers, as the rechargeable units always run out before you finish ... and the batteries are expensive. After my corded Toro F700 leaf blower started acting up within the space of a year (loud squealing and sparks coming from the electric motor), I decided to look for another brand. An online search and good reviews led me to this Worx model and Walmart's great Black Friday price (which I secured the week before!) was around half that of Home Depot and Amazon. I have to say that I am very pleased! At 800CFM, this thing is a beast ... very powerful, yet comfortable enough to hold. Despite the published specs, my unit actually has three speeds, plus off. The variable control is stiff and too recessed if you are wearing gloves, but OK with bare hands. Highly recommended!
Couldn't be easier to set up. It's remove from package followed by attach the blower tube. I would be lying if I wrote it took 3 minutes. I did not buy a battery powered blower. I purchased the electric blower. There is a lot of power behind "the blow" when turned up to the highest power. I have a front, side and back yard full of pine needles and what took 3 hours with a rake is now less than 1 hour. (This from a 69-y-o female.)
I'm a 77 year old lady weigh -148LB... this blower blew me backwards so as to take a step to brace myself. It weighs nothing to tire out my back or shoulders. I was so sad when my Toro died... but not any more. Noise is nothing considering the power it's creating. Love the way it moves tree falls off the gravel drive. It's going to be wonderful this fall when I'm cleaning up those walnuts! A great helper for my yard care! I don't even mind the electric cord with the way the cord is connected !!!
Item has decent power but the extension cord attachment is garbage. The power switch is very hard to move on and off. I mean really hard. The unit also has no decent legs on it so whenever you sit it down, it rolls over on its side. Very awkward. I will go back to rechargeable next time I buy one.
