Great portable saw for a cordless

I really liked the miter saw. It has a soft start, which makes cutting easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of worx] The features a unique work hold-down lever on the left side of the fence. which allows you to secure the workpiece for the duration of the cut keeping your hands clear of the blade. The two-part adjustable fence system also handles taller stock such as small crown molding. This tool also features separate switches to help conserve battery life. The D-shaped handle seems designed for both righties and lefties with the trigger built right into the handle.This is overall a great tool to have.

It runs off the 20V battery platform which is great since I can interchange batteries with my other powered tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 5 different miter saws in my arsenal from 51/2" to 12" this one right out off the box I put a paneling blade on it and cut vinyl Siding d4 all day on one charged battery GREAT LITTLE SAW!!!LOVE IT !! ALL DIY and contractors should have one !!!

I kept this in the box too long. This saw worx great! It was easy to use, light to move around, and cut well. For an efficiency minded person, this was just what the doctor ordered.

Purchased this a month ago, great little saw, light weight, perfect for small jobs and especially trim work. Battery operated, so it can used anywhere. New home construction where power is not available. In the woods to build that tree house that the grandkids always wanted.

The tool is solidly built & user ready right out of the box (I already owned a few fully charged batteries, so I know that helped). I had trouble releasing a locking pin, but the Smart interactive Tech Support showed me how to figure that out easily. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase, the tool, & the product support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compound saw is great for small projects. It handles trim and molding very well. I wouldn't use this saw for thicker cuts of wood, as it's best for one-inch material. It will cut through a 2x6, with a bit more effort. I like that the saw is battery-operated as it makes working on location anywhere very convenient. The base is a cast-iron build that seems pretty thin, I'm not sure about the durability just yet but it is very light. The fit and finish are all acceptable quality. I wouldn't say this is a contractor-grade saw but will be great for a hobbyist.
