I think this is an excellent product. I take a combination of ibuprofen and steroids to keep me going and I am older. My skin is thinner and my veins are very thin so I bruise and scrape easily. I spend my time outdoors with animals and I am scraped up all over the place with more than my fair of bruises. I take a supplement like this to minimize scaring and to heal quicker and to keep my skin supple. I know my skin takes a beating and still heals well. I have had recent major surgeries and the scars are faded. This brand has a good mix of all the types of collagen and the pills go down easy with no after taste and I recommend it

Looks like good product - going to try it for thinning hair and dry skin

you would have to take many more of these per day to equal the minimum that is recommended for collagen which is 2500 mg and that is just minimum. Three of these only have 1800 mg. I did not notice this before I picked this.
