I use this for infrequent bad nosebleeds. Works very well, but stings quite a bit at first. The package does not say specifically for nosebleeds, but I called the company and they said it is for that purpose as well as other external wounds.

i havent bought the item but they used it on my finger at the hospital today. it stings pretty bad but my bleeding slignificantly slowed.

Use a blood thinner so I keep these in my purse,my car and bathroom.

Great idea but not effective
my daughter had always had horrible nose bleeds. this product did not stop any of the nosebleeds she used this on. I had really hoped this product would have helped her.
