I was so sick of having my stuff spread around the room I get ready in and this solved everything! I was lucky and nothing was broken and in great shape. I even watched the delivery guy man handle the package and it was still fine. I put this together myself no problems. I went to screw in the bottom and it sort of separate, so I just had my husband glue it and no problems. I also didnt really want the swivel so we screwed it in. Great price and wonderful product.
I ordered two of these and both are made well. yes there are mild imperfections I'll add pictures soon. For the price and easy assembly totally worth it! one of the jewelry boxes interior mirror fell off during shipping maybe but it was off before I opened the box so be prepared for that. so just put some caulk around that interior mirror if yours is still attached and you should be fine, or just pop that sucker off glue it on yourself and then put caulk around it. the other jewelry box has a small tear in the interior felt stuff and a impression from the hardware packaging. still both ladies loved them, putting them together was a breeze for me and from a guy that makes and fixes things this thing is pretty nice. to the people who made this jewelry box thank you and nice work, to the designer thank you
It's beautiful. Substantial, solid feel, and spacious room with a nice layout to store everything. The only issue I had was one of the shelves was wider than the space between the edges of the armoire so it didn't sit flush against the back. That resulted in the screw provided not being long enough to secure the shelf. I had to improvise attaching that shelf. Other than that, assemble went smoothly.
Packaging was nice and sealed but the assembly was a nightmare after struggling for a bit and getting it put together it came out pretty nice But the plastic on the mirror is horrible it's almost impossible to get out all the plastic from between the frame and mirror Overall 7/10 My wife loves it but I feel it could be a little better 🙂
I wish it was a little more sturdy. ASSEMBLY WAS A BEAST!!! The instructions are completely useless. I had to find a YouTube video with better instructions. .It took two hours to put it together because two of the screw holes were completely stripped. I had to glue down the back support with E 6000 glue the back shelf can hardly be used because we can't get one of the screws in. Not worth taking a part to return, hoping it doesn't tip over once my daughter puts all of her things in it. I don't really recommend
if money is tight and you're looking for a product like this- and you're willing to reinforce it - it's not a terrible purchase. I think it'll do the job, I just wouldn't trust it the way it comes. First of all, it's not white. Mine is definitely primer gray and I think it's actual primer, because they caulked the seams on the front where the frame comes together and the caulking is white. It stands out. it's almost like they got it all put together and then forgot to paint it before they put it in the box. Mine came in better shape than a lot of what I've seen in the reviews, the interior mirror came apart but didn't break and one of the clear cups that's mounted inside is cracked. It had to have been cracked before they packaged it, because there's no way it could have been damaged in transit. That said, the way their packaging this and shipping it is part of the reason they're arriving damaged. This box is very, very awkward and very heavy and very unwieldy. Mine was delivered by a single person and I'm surprised he didn't break it when he brought it out of the truck. The people saying that it does not balance properly are correct. It is going to tip over if you open the door and let go. It might not be a bad idea to wrap a cinder block in some pretty fabric and put it on the base in the back to counterbalance the weight. I'd also suggest reinforcing the latter support in the back because it is just stapled together and they're not even big staples.
The white is not white it is grey. The mirror after taking the protected film off was hazy and had a big black spot that would not go away after washing several times with glass cleaner. The storage for jewelry and cosmetics was very nice so the color and quality of the mirror itself was very disappointing.
It was a beautiful piece and we thought the shipping box was great, but when we opened it there were multiple issues. The mirror was not attached and was floating around inside the jewelry area. One of the bars, for holding the jewelry was broken in the middle, possibly hit by the mirror during shipping. The hardward container was open and 1 piece was missing. The main structure wasn't connected properly with a gap between the top the side pieces of wood. We were hoping a replacement piece for the missing hardware and broken piece could have been provided, but we were told we had to return it and they could not give us a replacement, we would need to reorder. There were 2 issues with this, (1) I had ordered it when it was on sale, and it is no longer on sale and (2) they are out of stock!!
I ordered this for my granddaughter, and the whole thing was coming apart at the seams even before assembly. I wasn't there, but they will probably take it back. My son sent me pictures, but I can't seem to upload them. Apparently, I have to take the picture myself, but I am not there.
when the mirror arrived at my house we wrapped it for my daughter for christmas. she opened it up christmas morning and the mirror was shattered. she didnt even get to use it
