Better than most Chinese restaurants around here. Easy to fix. I use stainless steel pan with a tight lid. Sear for one minute or until desired brown on the bottom. I would advise removing from the heat for a little to make the adding of the water a bit less dramatic. I have the lid mostly in place and add the water through a small gap. Let them steam for 7-8 minutes and enjoy with some Gyoza sauce. You get 12 dumplings (potstickers) for under $7. Restaurants around here charge $10 for 6 dumplings
I was trying to air fry these but it didn't work so I put them in the microwave. That did a nice job. They tasted very good. They tasted like ginger, but it was not overpowering. They were mostly chicken and no gristle. I ate four of them with some chicken I had cooked. I usually cook these on stove top, adding a little water so they won't burn. Then I brown them. I like these as well as egg rolls. I usually eat them with fried rice. The cooking times on the bag is off. It takes more than a minute in the microwave and 8-10 minutes or so in the air fryer. Stove top cooking takes several minutes or more and you can tell when they are done.
These potstickers are so delicious ! Also they're quick and easy to prepare . If someone drops in unexpectedly, they are the perfect snack/meal to serve. Everyone I served them to absolutely loved them.
Decent flavor. I added pickled ginger on the side. Quick %26 easy for an appetizer or snack.
It wasn't a very good taste. It definitely didn't taste as good as other products I have had of the same type.
Decided to make these for a quick meal. Once I bit into the first one I noticed a very long white hair. Obviously I spit out the portion I had in my mouth and tossed the rest of that particular dumpling. I proceeded to bite into a second dumpling and this time noticed several small fine white hairs in that one. Tossed the entire box! Never have had any issues with this brand in the past, but this is poor quality control. I can understand one possibly having an issue but more than one and the same box???
First time I have had these and my first bite had a piece of bone in it. Once I got past the initial disgust, I took a bite of another piece and the taste of the chicken was terrible like it was old. Try another brand. What are the odds you get a bone on the first try? Also, there is no sauce so you have to make your own. I don't know how anyone could give these a good rating. Tai Pai much better and they have a sauce packet.
Used the microwave preparation instructions. Came out smelling like a wet dog. The filling was basic dark brown mystery meat with no discernable spice. Whipped up a sesame/ginger/scallion sauce and dosed them heavily to add some flavor, which made them palatable. (The wrappers were very tough and chewy, but that might have been due to using the microwave preparation.) I highly doubt I will try anything else from this brand. I will certainly never purchase these again .
looked and tasted old. not what i expected.
the spices were a complete turn off and I was disappointed with the product size for the money Will definitely not purchase again
